Exhibitors

There will be 2 types of exhibitors

• Anesthesia Products/Recruiters/Educators: $800
• Non-Anesthesia Related: $500 - Subject to approval

Each table will include draping, one 6’ table, and one chair.

Purchase of an exhibit table includes 2 tickets each for Friday and Saturday breakfast and Friday lunch as well as access to all meeting breaks. Additional tickets for meals can be purchased onsite.

Exhibition Dates and Hours

Friday, May 1st from 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Saturday, May 2nd from 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Setup will be on Thursday, April 30th from 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. AND Friday, May 1st before 7:00 a.m.

All displays should be set up by 7:00 a.m. Friday May 1st and tear down will take place after 1:00 p.m. on Saturday May 2nd.

Sponsorships

Why sponsor? Because they notice!!

Often times, having that extra recognition is all it takes to be noticed.  Vendors who sponsor a meal or educational session will receive special signage onsite, recognition in the event app, and recognition on the PANA website.   

• Coffee Break: $600 each   
  • Company name will be printed on signage displayed during the break and listed on the schedule
• Breakfast Sponsor: $3,000 each 
  • Company name will be printed on each ticket and listed on the schedule
• Welcome Reception (1 available): $5,000
