Vendors for the PANA Spring Symposium will now be in a new area of the Hotel Hershey, closer to the educational action of the event.  Please join us this year to check out the new exhibit times and new exhibit area.  

SET UP HOURS:

Thursday, May 4, 2017; 8:00-10:00 p.m. and/or Friday, May 5, 2017; 6:00-7:00 a.m.

EXHIBIT HOURS: 

Friday, May 5, 2017; 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (includes breakfast, all meeting breaks, and lunch for two staff)

Saturday, May 6, 2017; 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (includes breakfast and all meeting breaks)

TEAR DOWN HOURS: 

Saturday, May 6, 2017; 2:00-4:00 p.m. 

DEADLINE:

Completion of an online registration form or a copy of the Contract Agreement form must be received by the PANA office no later than Friday, April 7, 2017 along with all other forms identifying sponsorship and/or advertising requests.
