Vendors for the PANA Spring Symposium will now be in a new area of the Hotel Hershey, closer to the educational action of the event.  Please join us this year to check out the new exhibit times and new exhibit area.  

SET UP HOURS:

Thursday, April 28, 2016; 8:00-10:00 p.m. and/or Friday, April 29, 2016; 6:00-7:00 a.m.

EXHIBIT HOURS: 

Friday, April 29, 2016; 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (includes meeting breaks, lunch, and an evening reception)

Saturday, April 30, 2016; 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 

TEAR DOWN HOURS: 

Saturday, April 30, 2016; 2:00-4:00 p.m. 

DEADLINE:

Completion of an online registration form or a copy of the Contract Agreement form must be received by the PANA office no later than Friday, April 1, 2016 along with all other forms identifying sponsorship and/or advertising requests.
