Exhibition Dates and Hours

Friday, May 4th from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Saturday, May 5th from 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Setup will be on Thursday, May 3rd from 8:00 - 10:00 p.m. AND Friday, May 4th before 7:00 a.m.

All displays should be set up by 7:00 a.m. Tear down will take place after 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Standard Table Information

Each table will include draping, one 6’ table, and one chair.
Purchase of an exhibit table includes 2 tickets each for Friday and Saturday breakfast and Friday lunch as well as
access to all meeting breaks. Additional tickets for meals can be purchased onsite.
