PANA Student Scholarships
PANA Announces Addition of a NEW Scholarship Award for Doctoral or Post Doctoral Research
In memory of AANA Past President Kathryn (Kay) Wagner, CRNA, and in association with the AANA, the PANA is offering a Scholarship to 2 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists and one Student Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
The two $5000.00 Scholarships will be awarded to CRNAs enrolled in a accredited Doctoral Program.
The following goals for the scholarship correspond with the AANA Foundation Doctoral Fellowship Goals.
- Cultivate the development of leaders in research within nurse anesthesia
- Encourage CRNAs to pursue a program of research
- Equip CRNAs with the skills to be leaders in research
- Recognize exceptional academic ability and leadership
- Establish a network of talented researchers
- Support a strong research commitment

- AANA Foundation Scholarships
The American Association of Nurse Anesthetists Foundation Student Scholarship Program has more then thirty different scholarships that are available to all nurse anesthesia students. Each scholarship has special eligibility requirements. Many award financial assistance to more that one recipient. The scholarships range in amount from $1000 to $2500. The deadline for the AANA Foundation Scholarship Program is April 1st.
