First Annual PANA PAC Wine Tasting

What started out as a sedate get-to-know-you event among CRNAs, ended as a wonderful success for the PANA PAC as well as an educational and entertaining event for those in attendance. PAC Chair Erica Poole organized a wonderful afternoon, hosted by the Omni Resorts wine afficionado, which kept all involved guessing as to the origins and composition of each tasting. Bruce turned out to be as candid and funny as he was knowledgable. Grape composition in five or six vintages where explained, with a tasting of each, so the prevailing flavor of each varietal could be found. This promises to be an annual event at each of the PANA's Symposia. Look for information during this Springs Hershey meeting.
